# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It comes together in half an hour but tastes like you spent way longer on it.
  • The crispy flatbread base makes every bite feel indulgent without being heavy.
  • You can prep the chicken ahead and assemble it right before serving, which makes hosting so much easier.
02 -
  • Don't dress all the lettuce at once if you're not serving immediately, it wilts fast and loses its crunch.
  • Resting the chicken after grilling is non-negotiable, cutting it too soon releases all the moisture and leaves you with dry slices.
03 -
  • Use freshly grated parmesan instead of the pre-shredded kind, it melts better and tastes sharper.
  • If your grill runs hot, lower the heat slightly to avoid charring the chicken before it cooks through.
