# Steps:

01 - Line a 9x13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup in a bowl and mix until smooth.
03 - Evenly spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to about 1/3 inch thickness.
04 - Distribute the mixed red berries evenly over the yogurt layer.
05 - Sprinkle chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and lemon zest over the berries if desired.
06 - Lightly press toppings into the yogurt to help them adhere.
07 - Place uncovered in the freezer for at least 3 hours until completely firm.
08 - Remove from freezer, lift from parchment, break or cut into pieces, and serve immediately or store frozen.
