# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 1 quart baking dish.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
03 - Add mozzarella, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, and minced garlic. Mix thoroughly.
04 - Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes if using. Stir to combine evenly.
05 - Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
